  • You can forfeit an active bonus.
  • Forfeiting removes bonus funds and their winnings.
  • Your own cash is unaffected.

Quick answer: To cancel a casino bonus, opt out when depositing or ask support to remove it. You lose the bonus and its winnings, never your own deposit.

Declining before it starts

  1. Do not opt in, or untick the bonus box.
  2. At 10bet, choose no bonus if offered.
  3. Tell live chat you want no bonus and keep the reply.

Forfeiting an active bonus

  1. Open the bonus or promotions section of your account.
  2. Choose forfeit or cancel, or ask live chat.
  3. Confirm.
