What to do

In context
A bonus that fails to appear almost always traces back to one condition that was not met, and it is usually visible in the terms. Work through the likely causes before contacting support, and keep a note of the time of your deposit.
About Ladbrokes
Ladbrokes shares its operator and licence with Coral. Its offer is built for people who play most days: the spins arrive in ten daily instalments from the day you register, so their value depends on how many days you return.
Start with live chat, and ask for the answer in writing. Have ready the time of your deposit, the payment method, and a screenshot of the offer if you took one. If that does not resolve it, use the casino's formal complaints procedure. A licensed casino must give a final response within eight weeks, and if you are still unhappy it must point you to an independent dispute resolution service, which is free to use. The Gambling Commission does not settle individual disputes, but it can act against an operator that breaks its licence conditions.
Planning around the deadlines
Every offer has at least one clock, and the shortest one is where offers are lost. Coral gives 48 hours to accept its spins once they are offered. Ladbrokes needs a claim before 23:59 on each of ten days, counted from registration, not from your deposit. Casumo allows seven days to finish wagering and 10bet three; 10bet also wants the first deposit within seven days of signing up. The practical rule is to register only when the following days are free, and to set a reminder on your phone for anything that needs a daily visit.
